My partner and I highly recommend STL Build Co. We had a horrible experience with a previous builder that left us with a partially built frame for our sunroom. We saw a sign in the yard of a home STL Build Co. was working on and, at our literal wits end, we gave them a call. Jamie and Tim worked with us on a plan that allowed us to build the sunroom and deck of our dreams within our beaten up budget. STL Build is truly a hidden gem in the St. Louis area. Tim and Jamie are knowledgeable in all areas of the building process and extremely helpful when it comes to the financials and practicality of your project. We appreciate their very distinct modern take on design, which was a great match for our vision. With their help, we were able to stay on budget while also staying true to initial time frames and expectations. We were extremely lucky to work with them.

Tim Green bought my property. He offered a fair price, did everything he said he was going to do, we closed on time with no stress or drama. 100% professional.This is after I attempted a sale through another local group that was a horror show - took months of changes and drama with no sale. That experience made me appreciate Mr. Green all the more. Would I do business with him again? Absolutely!
