Highly recommend Staffing Solutions, Inc.(S.S.) to any job seeker - especially people like me who are new to the area and don't have many contacts. It's not what you know, it's who you know and S.S. helps make the connection for you. I've never felt so at ease finding a job--so much of the "guesswork" was taken care of by their fabulous team. At one point, my current position became so stressful that, were it not for S.S., I likely would've given up the job search completely. They assisted with scheduling interview times, walking through the process, and even above and beyond talking me through the challenge at my current role! I was only interested in direct hire opportunities and there was about one per month that came up that interested me. I found "the one" and secured an offer in just about 3 months. If I was just submitting resumes/trying to interview on my own--in a new town where I'm also looking to make a bit of a career change--it would have taken much longer (and maybe not at all!) The whole team is amazing! They make you feel comfortable and ease your mind about getting back into the workforce. Very professional and down to earth at the same time.
