If I could rate -5 stars, I would. I was significantly shorted on my final paycheck. When I contacted my recruiter, Patrick, he said he would confirm my hours and update me. After that, despite multiple calls and messages, I never received another response. I also reached out to the worksite and didn't hear back, so I filed a wage claim with the Missouri Department of Labor.
I suspect the issue may have been that my paper timecard wasn't processed, since the electronic timekeeping system often had problems and we sometimes used physical timecards. If that's the case, it seems like this could have been resolved with some communication.

Aerotek is hard to get ahold of when issues arise. Do not work for them. They are unprofessional. I still haven’t gotten paid yet. My pay is currently 3 days late. Do not work for them no matter how much the recruiter hypes up the job they’re trying to send you too. They play games and if the manager of the job doesn’t like you aerotek will just fire you. And not send you anywhere else.

Trash employment agency the nerve of shannon to call me back just to try to beat around the bush about me calling back just because shes behind i cant call back and communicate? Something this agency clearly have a deficiency in dont come here bunch of selective recruiters that aren’t helping potential workers find jobs was told in a text “Im so sorry, i ran out of time today, i will call you tomorrow” just for her to never call these recruiters are jokes clearly dont take this agency seriously at all
