St. Louis Jewelers (Joyería) is a friendly and honest family-owned business that provides excellent service. Although the location may be a bit hard to find due to road construction and a pending new sign, the inside of the store is welcoming and the staff is welcoming and knowledgeable. They are willing to help with various issues, including watch problems and jewelry resizing. The business has a "bare bones" appearance, but the owners' commitment to customer satisfaction and their warm, friendly approach make up for it. Customers have praised the prompt and well-communicated service, and feel like they're treated like family.
Had one of the best experiences at this jewelry repair shop. Came in for a simple band adjustment and it was the best experience ever. They were knowledgeable, honest, and friendly. Any future watch repair, adjustments or jewelry needs that I have, I will be coming here.
The Italian jewelry expert here (I'm soo sorry, I don't remember his name), is super kind and very knowledgeable. He provided great information and was extremely fair. I'll return for sure, and would definitely recommend other people to come here
Arturo and his father are outstanding! Seriously can’t get better customer service from a family owned business. We went in to get my engagement ring resized, they took the time to figure out the right size during the visit and it done within the week! Went to pick it up and realized it was still a bit too big and they fixed it right away within the day! Love them! Would highly recommend!
