Great place to have your jewelry repaired ! They even fixed something for free once, right on the spot. I also had the lobster claw closure replaced with magnetic clasps on my necklace and they did a great job at a reasonable price. + the staff is very nice. I will use them again and highly recommend this place.

Recently dropped off 2 watches for added links and batteries for each watch. The initial visit was well explained and I was informed no charge would be incurred if no matching links were able to be replaced and both watching would be checked out in advance to be sure both watches were in good working condition.
After a few days, I was contacted the links were found and both watches were in good condition. I was informed of the total cost.
I was very pleased. It was a timely process and in a few days my order was ready for pick up.
Kalan was very helpful when I picked up my watches.
