The staff is amazing and so kind. I had Lenette for my massage and she made a 60 min massage feel like 2 hours!! The best massage ever. I’ll definitely be back!

My husband and I celebrated our 10-year wedding anniversary at the Four Seasons Spa in St. Louis, and while our experience didn’t start as planned, for details I don’t think are necessary to share, I wanted to recognize the incredible way the team handled the situation after I expressed my frustration.
This is what exceptional client service looks like. Mistakes can happen anywhere, but it’s how an organization responds that leaves a lasting impression. I got a Signature Pedicure today by Amaris. It was incredible! They put you in a zero gravity recliner do the whole fancy pedicure in that, while you get a warm neck compress and a little weighted pillow for your eyes. Amaris was incredibly personable and made sure everything was perfect. The spa amenities afterward were great too- I enjoyed the whirlpool, steam room, tranquility pool, and the quiet room. The women’s locker room was very nice and clean. All the staff I encountered were very friendly and helpful. It’s pricey for a pedicure, but all the things you get with it, plus the great pedicure made it worth it- I was there about 4 hours including my pedicure.… read full review
