I've been to her to have my hair braided before, never in the winter though. My chair was directly next to the window. Which was not insulated you could see the blinds moving it was so much wind coming through. The temperature was 9 degrees outside it was bitterly COLD. I told her I was cold multiple times, her response was my heat is on 70. I was freezing my feet felt like blocks of ice, the more I complained the sister kept snatching my head telling me to stop moving. I was moving because I was shivering from the cold. Very bad hair stylist. Very inconsiderate of their customers. All they want Is your money . The place was very Cold in the winter and they had the Windows open. She claim it was because they fried fish and the place smelled like fish. They have people and guys running in and out the back of the Door. Its not a confortable place to be at all. The lady has a Sister thats not friendly. Shes always frowning at you with her ugly self. PLEASE take yall money somewhere else. Their just not good people to deal with.

Never go to this woman, she tells you one price and then when she sees you she quotes you a different price. The address is also wrong she wants you to come to her house which is in a very sketchy neighborhood downtown. Would not recommend save yourself the trouble, not to mention the house stinks!
