April gave me a facial and I went back for a Skin Peel. I’ve had some irritation and really want to talk with her, but she hasn’t called me back. I’m actually concerned because she is a sweet person and I don’t know if something happened to her. I love to support women owned business. I’m scared something has happened to her.

Donot book with Skin by April!! She is a thief! She cancels appointments to get quick money by keeping your deposit and not rescheduling you.She will not respond to your emails, texts and or phone calls. Please beware!!!

Booked an appointment in April, ironically. The appointment was scheduled for June 15th. The day of, 2 hour before, April sent a long text to cancel. She mentioned building safety issues, which was concerning. She haphazardly offered to try and rebook me when she could. I returned her text thanking her for alerting me and simply asked for my deposit back since I waited 3 months for this appointment. I sent screenshots of when I paid and even a mobile bank screenshot.She went radio silent. I haven't heard from her since. I had to report the charges to my bank.It's giving fraud. I regret trying to support this black owned business.
