Worst service, they lost my brothers urn, the place smelled like old mop water and pee, and they took an eternity to file the death certificate. Would not recommend, services were better about 10 years ago.

It was 93° outside no air conditioning working inside the feeling no bottled water for the family the men's restroom needed some attention immediately today I would never trust a family member to this funeral the funeral home needs to step this game up in order to service the community

Horrible HORRIBLE HORRIBLE !!! My dad’s service was TRASH ! They had barely any staff actually attentive , no speaker no nothing ! Then they got my dad’s death certificate and never called me as requested and when I call I get nothing in return ! I wish I would’ve went with a different funeral home for my dad’s home going , MY VETERAN DAD DESERVED WAY BETTER ! Then the limo driver kept getting lost , made us late for my own dad’s funeral !!! I hate yall for this !

Serenity use to be very nice inside, I had service there in the ceremony room, there are no curtains at the windows and the podium was filthy, I would advise people to go somewhere else. The young ladies are not at all professionals.

Higher expectation, I appreciate the care offered but it felt rushed. I also do not agree with fake flowers. Going forward I do hope the owner considers new carpet and foundational repairs - too much money in this industry not to at least be sure that professionalism is at an all-time high. No one should he unsure of anything when asked a question. Do good business; invest in a shelf rather than receive ashes and they surround the desk on the floor. Not a good look. Otherwise my family selected this location and I appreciate the effort.
