We have lived in University City for thirty years. For all of that time we contracted with Seliga for our HVAC needs. Their work included a boiler replacement, air handler and condenser replacement, a water heater and annual service inspections of the systems. We recently moved and Seliga was very helpful and responsive to address the minor repairs and updates required by inspectors as we prepared the house for sale. Seliga takes a professional and personable approach to service and customer satisfaction. I cannot recommend these folks enough! Everyone we interacted with via email, phone and in-person was fantastic. We needed a technician to come out on very short notice (several times over the course of 2 days) and they were able to help us out no problem. They were so reliable, did a wonderful job, and the cost was extremely reasonable. We'll never call another company again for HVAC services.

Seliga was an extremely professional and communicative business from the moment I called. The receptionist set everything up well and with ease as our 28 year old unit was on the outs. Brad and Tony showed up right on time to install a new system and they explained everything so clearly as they worked. Professional, timely and courteous are 3 words I’d use to describe Brad, Tony and Seliga!
