The front desk Sarah is rude and inconsiderate I'm not sure why they hired her but when I'm trying to get my point across she is uncaring and doesn't seem to listen but thing's always work out in my favor anyway
I contacted Curtis at Rothe when our AC unit struggled this week in the Summer heat. He got back to me right away, came out the next day, and quickly assessed the problem. 100% recommend!
I had another company look at the problem last year. In fairness, problem was intermittent and it wasn't fixed. Curtis is a smart guy and was able to solve the problem within an hour (even though the problem did not present while Curtis was here). It is working great.
