This is the second time in 10 years that I have used Roof One. The first time in 2014 when my roof was damaged by a tornado that tore off shingles. Mark Schmidt who is the owner of Roof One was recommended to me by a friend and colleague. Mark took over, contacted the insurance and had the roof replaced very quickly and efficiently with good quality architectural shingles that withstood high winds, storms and hail for another 10 years. Last year in 2025 we had hail storms and wind and many houses in our neighborhood suffered roof damage and had roofs replaced. I approached Mark Schmidt again. Roof One Restoration was the best decision that I have made for my home roof. Roof was damaged by a large hail storm. My insurance company offered me a minimal amount to replace part of my roof. I called Roof One to get a professional opinion and they determined that my entire roof would need to be replaced due to the extent of the damage. The gave me pictures of the roof and sat down to explain what I was looking at and the potential future roof issues if I didn't replace the roof. Joe, the project manager, was truly outstanding. He was professional, attentive, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Not only did he oversee the roofing project seamlessly, but he also went above and beyond by replacing my door, which was a fantastic bonus.
