Aaron was great! Very polite and professional! He explained everything he was doing and fixed my air conditioner. Also Darren is always wonderful to speak with and trouble shoot on phone and got Aaron to my condo that same morning!
Rymes did something really nice for a family member who had recently lost her husband. I appreciate it, as does the rest of the family. We'll be calling Rymes next time we need HVAC service.
Rhymes was an absolute pleasure to work with. The requested work was for a rental home and Rhymes was very patient with some scheduling issues on my end and had amazing communication from start to finish. Our technician (Frank) diagnosed and fixed some electrical wiring mistakes made by a previous HVAC company (I won't give names) and had the AC running perfectly within the hour. Frank called me with a run down of all the work he performed and was a great communicator on top of skillful tech! I will definitely be using Rhymes from here on out for my HVAC needs. Pricing was very fair and payment options were simple. Thank you!!! 10/10!
