I cannot recommend this company enough. I tried 3 other places and was finally referred to RA Guinner. I called Kevin at 2 pm on a Friday and he had some at my house within the hour. They did great work. Will only use them for any plumbing needs in the future.

Our water heater went out in the middle of a huge cold front. We were scammed by our home warranty and were desperate to get it fixed since we have a newborn. My husband attempted to find the problem and ended up discovering we had a warranty on the water heater. The water heater manufacturer connected us to RA Guinner and we are so happy they did. We expressed that it was an emergency due to the fact we had our newborn at home and it had been almost 5 days without hot water. They sent the sweetest employee over as soon as possible and he was able to diagnose the problem and fix it within the hour. Referred to this company as part of warranty work with AO Smith Water Heater. Because they are an authorized service provider the plumbing company is able to direct bill the manufacturer for parts and labor.
When I called, service over the phone was 10/10. The person on the other lines was very helpful and proactive. I was so happy they were able to get me on the schedule for the following business day.
Charles was courteous, professional and skillful in completing the work. I made a joke about how enlightening a 40 degree shower is in 0 degree weather and Charles laughed. Him laughing at my joke makes him a superstar. He also completed... read full review
