My van’s transmission started to have issues on a Saturday. I took it to my mechanic and he ran the diagnostics. After saying uh oh, oh no, ohhhhhh noooooooo, he let me know that the transmission was throwing a ton of codes. They don’t work on transmissions and recommended a shop to me. I did a little research and decided on Quality transmissions instead. I dropped it off on Tuesday and they confirmed what I already knew, that the transmission needed to rebuilt. I rarely write reviews, but Gary and his team did such a great job, I have to share my experience. After SIX months on a wait list with one local Ford dealer who eventually said “drop it off and we’ll get to it when we get to it” and a second Ford dealer charging $300 for a diagnostic report on my 2017 Ford Raptor that only said “technician recommends replacing engine and transmission for $24K” Gary and his team quickly found the root cause, came up with a plan, and did the repairs at a fraction of the cost.
