The team did an incredible job. They arrived to the house earlier than appointment time to begin setup. Once I arrived, I was immediately greeted by a member of the team and they began walking me through what they were doing and who was doing what. I followed them as a lost puppy since this is my first home buying experience and Mike did a great job explaining everything, answering my questions. I believe it was well done. Very thorough inspection and I feel comfortable buying my home as-is based on their recommendations. I am extremely satisfied and will definitely recommend to friends and family.

P&P staff were very professional and explained everything well while I tagged along during the inspection. I feel that they were thorough, and were able to answer my questions. They were very pleasant to deal with and on time.
