Nathanial, my inspector, was outstanding. He was meticulously attuned to what he was observing in the property. I have been a Realtor for over 40 years and am not easily impressed, but my hat's off to Nathanial. His knowledge was impressive and the documentation was amazing. A thoroughly positive experience.Even though I'm an agent the subject property is my own purchase. Building inspections are always educational and helpful regarding ongoing maintenance.

My inspector came to a potential home I was looking to buy. He went through and within an hour called my realtor to let them know that he had found SEVERAL issues. He ended up not even doing the radon and I was refunded for that because based on what he'd seen, I wouldn't want the house anyway. He could have just made some extra money, but was a standup guy. Will definitely do business with them again.
