The team did an incredible job. They arrived to the house earlier than appointment time to begin setup. Once I arrived, I was immediately greeted by a member of the team and they began walking me through what they were doing and who was doing what. I followed them as a lost puppy since this is my first home buying experience and Mike did a great job explaining everything, answering my questions. I believe it was well done. Very thorough inspection and I feel comfortable buying my home as-is based on their recommendations. I am extremely satisfied and will definitely recommend to friends and family.

They didn't rush through the house, they looked at everything closely, they were respectful of our new home, and they explained everything in a way that we could understand. They even brought snacks, chairs, paint colors, and a pad and tape measure for us to use while we were there. The entire team took the time to explain their findings and used language that didn't scare us, but instead, helped us understand the importance of their findings. We didn't feel like they were just there to do a job, but that they cared about this being a safe home for us and our kids.
