I started coming to Pilates + Yoga studio in Chesterfield 5 years ago. I initially bought a package of 10 with Groupon. I had done Pilates at someone’s home prior to coming to the studio.I am addicted to Pilates. It is a full body workout that gives you amazing results.I have had numerous instructors over the past 5 years and I am confident in saying that you will be happy with any of the instructors you have.I bought a membership which is the way to go if you enjoy Pilates and want to do it regularly. Wow! I can’t say enough about this studio. Instantly, when you walk in you can feel the calmness in this space. I decided to come back to pilates after a tough season in my life and though I have to leave this studio due to moving out of town I will take the lessons I’ve learned from this studio and instructors with me for the rest of my life. Suzanne, Rachel, Lindsay, and Kathryn were all wonderful. Decide today to become even 1% better and take a class here, you won’t regret it.
I’ve taken Pilates classes before but never was I so excited to sign up like I am with this place! I loved the instructor and front desk lady. Very informative and extremely welcoming. 10/10 recommend!
