I haven’t had my windows installed as of yet, however this is my review prior to installation, first I was confirmed at 2:14 PM by Steve on 4/25/25 that Ryan, Penny window’s installer would be at my home on Saturday, 4/26/25 to install my four bedroom windows. Then at 3:00 PM, I received a call from Steve stating that they had to reschedule because Ryan injured his ankle, that his ankle had been hurting him, all of a sudden. I’ve had to pay individuals to help me breakdown bedroom furniture so that the installation could take place seemlessly on Saturday, but now have to have the carpenters come back out to set the bedrooms back up for a week.
