I am extremely please with Jim Whitaker and his crew, our window installers. They were professional, courteous and knowledgeable about the installation process. It was obvious Jim had a long tenure in the process. Jim and his crew was patient with the questions we asked and were available to answer question at every stage of the installation process. They were extremely careful to not leave a mess in our home. Jim also demonstrated in a timely and detailed manner on how to operate the new windows, cleaning and general maintenance.
