We were really pleased with Robert Fitzgerald at Dunn One Hour Heating and AC. He was very responsive, timely and explained everything in a way a non-HVAC specialist could understand. He literally was one of the best AC repair person we’ve ever encountered. Once we need to purchase a new unit, we’ll be using him.
Dunn heating and cooling had great communication, was easy to work with, polite and fast. Robert was the technician, he was helpful and gave good advice for the future. I would definitely recommend them!
