I have spent many years, avoiding dental care for a multiple reasons. Primarily the lack of empathy from dentists during my traumatic damage from an accident. I recently found Nikodem in Springfield. These are the most compassionate understanding people. I have finally found a safe place and have beautiful new teeth. I highly recommend this group of professionals.

I had my bottom denture done here, it turned out looking totally different from my original, but I took it. I have some sore rubbing spots. I made an appointment, which adjustment appointments are free. I called to change the appointment and am going to be charged $50. That's not right! I have cancer, and some days are just horrible! I couldn't have made it that day I could barely walk. I feel they should work with people a little better.

I have been going to this practice for 15 years. It is the best dentist office I’ve ever been to. I really appreciate the professionalism and also the lack of judgment. Everyone is really nice and that goes a long way. I would recommend to anyone to get their dental care done here.
