Ive been coming here since it opened in 2018 and have sent so many of my friends here. They love it as much as i do! I moved away for a few years but came back and the customer service is still as amazing as day 1! Amina always takes great care of waxing my eczema prone skin with gentle, natural products. She never cuts my skin when threading EVER. Pricing is very reasonable and very rarely increases.
I feel spoiled being foot steps away... not that you're needing your brows threaded all the time... but their Downtown location/proximity is what had me change service providers. It's on the world famous Washington Avenue, their hours are great... open 6 days per week... 10am-8pm... walk-ins are welcome, their team including sweet Naz are warm, friendly, and ready to get the center of your face (or other parts of body) looking clean, shaped, and even more attractive than we are naturally, without beauty services.
I searched for nearby eyebrow threading and this gem popped up. I went Friday afternoon. I was seated right away. The staff were so attentive. I explained that I was on an acne medication and asked that she be cautious. One of the stylists knew exactly what I was talking about and explained it to the other stylist. My brows turned out great. I appreciate the professionalism and the effort to address my concerns.
