Called for an appointment and set it up with the owner Niba who was extremely RUDE. We showed up at the listed location to find out it was incorrect. Called the owner who was once again EXTREMELY RUDE. I wouldn't let anyone this rude and unprofessional ever put their hands in my head! I'm thankful for the WONDERFUL friendly and professional same day service you will ALWAYS get at Amy's shop on St. Charles Rock Road.

Don't wanna talk too much. I will give a negative star if that was possible. This lady doesn't care and don't like to pay the braiders what they deserve after their work on the clients. How do you want the braiders to care about your customers? Pfffff

This place is horrible DO NOT GO! I went because it was just down the street from me. Not only were they late. The sengelese twist i got are coming down and slipping out and i just got my hair down TWO WEEKS AGO. it looks like I've had it up for at least two months. Also i booked an appointment to fix the ones that were coming down and they forgot my appointment i called three days in a row to let them know i was still coming AND the morning of because my hair appointment was at 10am she didn't get there until 11:30 by then i had gone somewhere else to get my hair fixed. And she kept blowing up my phone to tell me she had arrived...please save your money this is a horrible unprofessional place to go...
