I contemplated on writing this review because i am not eager to be negative about any business. But after paying over $400 for a style I have to speak up & hope they take the insight useful. I processed if i like my braids after 3 days of having them, and the honest answer is no i dont. Yes i was late 2 hours. My appt was at 9:30. I arrived at 11:30am. And i called and communicated every hour. Which gave her the opportunity to tell me to reschedule. I wish she would have said when i called at 9:47 and told her i still had to blow dry my hair—the later you are the bigger the braid. And then i would have went else where. Biba is the best hair braider ever. Always very neat, fast professional and affordable. Shes the been doing my hair for over 10 years now I Love her ❤❤❤

Idk the braiders name that did my braids but she sits in the middle. I got XS knotless and baybeee they are cute!!! Took a little over 12hrs. But they are small and very long so that’s to be expected. Will be returning. Book here ladies!
