My mom and I have been using little house of dogs for years. They do a great job grooming and caring for the dogs! I have a spicy miniature schnauzer and they are great with him. They also do a great job with my standard poodle! My dogs always come home looking gorgeous!

I’ve used cheaper grooming services before, but the quality here felt much more consistent. My poodle’s fur was evenly trimmed and the paws were shaped really carefully. They also avoided using strong scented products, which helped because my dog sometimes gets itchy after grooming appointments.

We have a large cross breed with standard poodle and his fur can be tricky to groom. The staff at LHOD not only do an excellent job on his bath and groom, but also show him love and affection, which is important in helping him not feel anxious, stressed or scared. They are also excellent communicators, and have always let me know if they think they will have to go shorter than what I might be envisioning. My dog comes home looking and smelling great and he’s never scared to go in. At previous groomers he would tremble when I was checking him in, which spoke volumes.
