So many great things to say about our experience with Lawson Brothers. Beginning with the bid process, Ethan was responsive, thorough and a pleasure to deal with. The actual work/artistry was done by Wayne and Logan. I can’t say enough about how positive, courteous, and most importantly skilled they are. We had new flooring installed and then the new flooring and old flooring were stained to match. Wayne and Logan explained every detail that had to be considered along the way. To simplify things, let’s just say the whole experience was a 10 out of 5!
Lawson is a phenomenal company. The reality is that not all flooring companies install with the highest possible installation quality, i.e., proper wait time, correct smooth application, careful sanding, etc. So, with poor companies, one ends up having many blemishes and issues. Lawson did a fantastic job for us and is one of our best experience, both in terms of craftmanship but also excellent customer support.
