The office personnel was very helpful. They were very informative for me to find my late husband's grandfather. Gave me a map and landmarks to help find the site. The landmark was look for four large trees. Very helpful.
They also gave me information on another gravesite where I was going next. It does not have an office. You have to go to another place to get information.
I contacted Laurel Hill for the 2nd time today asking that they put finishing touches to my mom's graveside. The week or so prior to her burial, it rained for several consecutive days so the ground was very saturated. So the staged an area where it was drier for the commencement. Afterwards we watch them lower the casket, etc. The first visit was so disturbing. The ground hadn't been leveled or anything. There were just clumps of dirt over the grave and it was obvious when they dug her plot that some headstones around her were lifted and disturbed and not properly replaced. I have my husband buried **** next to his father and grandfather and grandmother. These plots were bought by his grandmother years ago. I have had no issues that were not addressed and taken care of right away. I believe the grounds are taken care of and I visit my husband's grave regularly. Some of the monuments could use repairs as they have been there many years. With that being said I am happy to have had the opportunity to be helped by *** in the office she has been very helpful when needed.
