I recently had the experience of doing pre planning for my funeral services when that time comes. This is something I have been putting off for years because I thought it would be difficult to do. I was wrong. Maxene Henson made the planning and the decisions easy. If I didn't know what I wanted, she asked me questions until we uncovered my answers. Maxene genuinely cares about what's best for her client and not focused on just making a sale.
Don't make this hard on your family by leaving the decisions to them. Take the time work with Maxene and have peace of mind that your final wishes will be met.
Maxene Henson did a wonderful job presenting our funeral and memorial options and made the process of deciding our memorial wishes as easy as possible. She was professional throughout and made us feel very comfortable.
We cannot say enough about this experience or the staff. They are the kindest, most loving people who will go completely out of their way to serve. They even brought the death certs to our home which they did not have to do. We are over the moon about how much they contributed to our loved ones funeral/burial at Jefferson Barracks and the love and kindness they lavished on us. Milton is especially to be thanked for his contributions. The first day we had to spend with them was made easy and comfortable as we planned everything for several hours in their offices. We felt like we were at home discussing something with a friend. Highly, highly recommend!
