Jim is fantastic. He is a smaller shop, so he cannot necessarily get to you immediately if you want a new central air install, but his quality of work and monetary value for the service is totally worth the wait. It took him a few weeks to get started after we decided we wanted to work with him, but again, totally worth it to be patient. He communicated the delay and was upfront about what was possible and not possible in our 100+ year old, 2-story city home. Great guys and prompt service! They were able to quickly diagnose my issue with a blower that wanted to only work sometimes, and gave me a breakdown on parts cost. I definitely recommend giving Knowles a call for your heating/ cooling needs.

I was concerned that my old furnace was beyond repair, but Jim and his young assistant had it going in minutes! And I was happily surprised at the low cost! Jim Knowles is the one to call.
