Bought a mini-split in August and a full central system in September. Every KHAC tech who came out was on time, professional, and courteous. Chris Schroeder gave me straight, competitive pricing... I compared multiple bids and KHAC was the clear choice both times. Highly recommend.
My blower and heating unit finally went out after thirty years. 1) KH kept it going for that long with there annual maintenance plan and service. 2) after instal of new unit the converter (attached to ac unit outside) went out the next day while I was out of town. They came after hours and fixed for free which would have cost around $300+. Every one of their staff and techs are extremely polite and professional! Also had a friend who lives in another state who works in the industry confirmed the pricing on the unit I purchased and his words “ go with the performance 2, you will get the best bang for you buck with it.
