This was my first visit to Kingston Dental and it was great. Everyone was very welcoming. They explained everything as they went along. Best dental group I've been to - highly recommend them.

I’m not sure who manages the text messages, but the tone hasn’t been very pleasant. They are quick to warn that patients may be dismissed for canceling appointments within 24 hours, yet my messages requesting to pay for the canceled appointments went unanswered.
I will say that when I called to make a payment, the woman I spoke with was very kind. In fact, nearly everyone I interact with in person here is wonderful. I’m just genuinely surprised by the experience with whoever handles the text communication.

I came in for an implant consultation as I had a bone graft put in some months ago. The staff got me right in, Dr. Greif saw me right away and gave me the referral to see the oral surgeon who will put the implant post in. I will come back to Kingston to have the implant crown installed. I have always had a good experience at Kingston Dental and highly recommend them.

Great experience. They were able to get me an appointment very fast to fix a chipped tooth. Wonderful dentist and great staff too. Everyone was very friendly and helpful from the front desk to the staff in the back. I have been looking for a new dentist office and i am very glad i found this place.

After several negative experiences, we will no longer be continuing with Kingston Dental.

I have encountered unprofessionalism on multiple occasions. For example, a dental hygienist made a rude comment about me not paying a bill, which she later realized was an error after clicking on the wrong patient’s name. I also had a doctor perform dental work while his hands were shaking badly during the procedure, and as a result, I had complications with the filling that required me to return and request a different doctor. Additionally, I had an appointment during COVID where a doctor worked on my teeth without wearing a mask, which made me feel uncomfortable and concerned for my safety.

Most recently, a hygienist claimed I was agitated when I merely pointed out that I had pain between my teeth, which had been an ongoing issue for a year. She implied that the doctor was upset with me and that I was the problem. This response was unprofessional and unhelpful.

Additionally, there has been constant pressure to accept services we may not want or afford at the time. The way these suggestions are made, and the repeated follow-ups, make clients feel awful for not proceeding. This is not acceptable and adds unnecessary stress to what should be a straightforward health care experience.

The only reason I stayed with this practice for as long as I have is because the front desk staff has always been wonderful, but unfortunately, the overall experience has been disappointing, and I feel it's time to find a new practice for our family.

I’ve gone here for at least 12 years. Dr G is impressionable and very nice. I see Deb every 6 months for my cleanings and she’s so sweet and thorough. I grew up without regular dental care and this is has become
my place to go once I decided it was a priority to have a “dental home”. Since establishing care with Dr Grief and Deb, I’ve had crowns and braces and all sorts of things and guess what… NEVER ANY PAIN. Ever. I don’t know why so many people get so nervous to go to a dentist, because they’re always so nice and friendly and it’s always pain free. Seriously.
