Lovely place! I’ve had classes with two of their teachers and both were great. (Restorative with Alicia and a myofascial release class with Matt.) I really wish the studio was a bit closer to my home because I would go all the time! I will definitely be back for more classes.
I have loved all of my experiences at the Joy of Yoga. I always leave excited and eager to sign up for another class. The environment is welcoming and peaceful. I think everyone needs the Joy of Yoga in their lives.
Joy of Yoga is my favorite yoga studio in STL. (and I’ve been to many!) It is warm, inviting, beginner friendly, and the teachers are all so knowledgeable and kind. Matt’s yin yoga ball class is like a massage on your mat and he is so diligent about helping each student with their unique needs, and Joy the owner is like sunshine wrapped in a human- she is so wonderful! I look forward to every class and can’t recommend it enough! :)
