I highly recommend Emily Potter as the funeral director. She took care of my mother's arrangements in a very professional and personal way. She followed up with several phone calls and checked in on the family. She made sure everything at the memorial mass and at the burial site was in place. She drove very carefully to the cemetery and used due diligence to make sure that everything went smoothly.

I want to thank Emily Potter and everyone associated with John L. Ziegenhein and Sons Funeral Home for their care and handling of my mother in our time of need. When my mother passed away in Wisconsin it only took one phone call to bring my mother home. Emily arranged for her to be picked up and a transfer to happen so she could be brought home to be reunited with my father. The professionalism Emily and the Ziegenheim family showed my mother and my family made this difficult time very easy.

I just want to say that I had my sister Roberta Lynne Hughes service at the South County location. The service was excellent from beginning to the end. Emily Potter was just amazing. She was so helpful in every way. People who care like her is what gets you through these difficult times. Also Steve who did the service was also great.
