Not only do they have great prices, but the staff there have restored my faith in customer service. UbreakIfix told me that they don't have apple privileges and the only person in STL other than Apple themselves, was MacHQ. I called MacHQ, & I couldn't get a live person on the phone --the recording started that they didn't take walk-in customers, and that an appointment works be necessary to be made online. Lucas phone Repair quoted a much higher minimum price, and only reported that they hadn't heard of iWorld when I asked why their prices were soo much more and if they would price match. The Mobile device doctors told me it would cost a minimum of $300 due to a special laser and the amount of time it would take to remove the back panel off glass from my iPhone 12Pro Max , which also would require an appointment. I made one final phone call to iWorld. The staff was very optimistic in what they could do and told me their flat price was $99 (the $ prices are clearly listed for each type of phone and service). They take walk-ins, and they adored me that I would have my phone finished in 1-2 hours. When I arrived , the prices were clearly listed as I mentioned, the staff was pleasant and their Apple accessories were very reasonably priced. The person that repaired my phone explained that he had a special laser that works take 15-20minutes to remove the glass from the back.(not hours). A new screen cover ( anti-spy privacy screen protector), cover for my 3 camera lenses and new iPhone case were all installed in ONE HoUR which all cost less than the other competitors for just the iPhone repair-- not to mention I would be without a phone for a day at minimum. I would definitely recommended using iWorld. They have street parking for easy access and have a multitude of other electronics and accessories reasonably priced - many are apple products. I won't ever buy the apple protection plan again as long as iWorld continues to provide such excellent service!!

My phone had been giving me trouble for a while, and I'd tried to fix it myself with no success. I walked into iWorld after seeing their sign on the street. Moose was behind the counter and he was very helpful. He explained the issue to me and got it taken care of in a short amount of time for a fair price. Then, he went above and beyond by coming out of the store to help me with my car's bluetooth. I'm just glad to have my phone working properly again, thanks to these guys.

I walked into the Downtown St. Louis location with an issue. My problem was taken care of in a very professional manner. I would definitely recommend the Boost Mobile Downtown location any day. The store is beautiful and they play great reggae music.
