I cannot say enough good things about HouseFit. I attend exercise classes to build my strength and reverse some bone loss due to osteopenia. All the trainers are physical therapists. They make sure I’m doing my exercises correctly and I get the intended benefit of doing the work.
We are very happy with our Housefit experience. Every employee we met has treated us with kindness and respect. The therapy staff that assessed and treated (Kim, Tia, Mike, Erica) gave excellent care and often asked for feedback to see if changes were needed. The therapy was directed at functional, challenging and appropriate activities that have made a difference. Now with the group session we have met other participants who are as encouraging and friendly as the staff.
I have worked with Tia two times and the experiences have been extraordinary. The 2nd time I had torn a rotator cuff from playing volleyball. I went from excruciating pain to playing volleyball again! I always felt understood, challenged and inspired. I enjoyed my sessions. Thanks Tia! (and Mike too)
