However, a recent light replacement project encountered issues, with a new fixture in a cold room filling with water after one week, attributed partly to an HVAC unit leak.
I contacted this electrician after hearing crackling sounds near the fuse box during heavy rain. He arrived earlier than scheduled, checked the entire panel carefully, and found water getting in through an old outdoor connection. The repair was done neatly and he explained what to watch for later without trying to upsell extra work.
Had an opportunity to take a tour today, learn about the company’s rich history, exponential growth and how leadership strives to serve their customers and employees well. Impressive!
Light replacement at work was a failure. New led light fixture in our cold room filled with water after 1 week. Update, the water leaking into the new fixture was not completely due to the installation. Water was found leaking onto the top of the cooler from a new HVAC unit. The previous fixture had the same water issue 14 years earlier and it was repaired.
