I showed the braider a picture of what I wanted my hair to look like and she took it upon herself to do a overhand halo braid instead of an underhand halo braid. I was not happy with my hair at all but I did not express my unhappiness. I did let her know that this is not what I asked for, and I showed her the picture again, and she went on to explain to me that my hair would last longer the way that she braided it. I understand that you are a professional hair braider but when you decide to do things because you think it will last longer then you need to let the customer know.
