Eric Ruden was fantastic. I am a first time home buyer and this was my first time having a home inspection. He was very thorough with his explanations and I felt comfortable working with him. He was personable and clearly very knowledgeable
First I read inspector don’t let you in while home been in inspected but as soon as I met my inspector he greeted me first thing I ask if I could bring the two ppl with me he said yes. He even told me I could take pictures so I’ll know where I want to put things he also told me me I can ask any questions while he’s inspecting
Mark Horne was awesome. Helped point out critical areas in each of the inspections he performed. Very easy to understand the major verses the minor fixes. Would definitely choose Evergreen again.
