I stopped in during a weekend vacation and got a massage with Angelica. She knot only found the root of my shoulder / neck pains and my lower back, she worked into them and loosened them up a noticeable difference when leaving. Relaxing environment, clean, and professional (gave me recommendations on ways to help with the muscles) I’ve been back since and plan to return again very soon! She’s the best

I recently received a Thai massage from Sammi at Align. I loved it! Sammi listened to the things that I needed worked on and delivered a solid massage. If you have never tried Thai, I highly recommend. It is fully clothed, on a mat on the floor, lots of stretching! In some ways it’s even better than deep tissue, if you usually get deep tissue.

Ok wow. I have tried many yoga studios, and this first visit truly blew me away. So peaceful, amazing instructor and just the perfect balance of peace and exercise. Highly, highly recommend.
