I was a little worried about going because of the low review score. A friend referred me, so I thought I’d give them a try. From receptionist on people were friendly and I was well taken care of. I’m surprised at the negative comments, but they could have replaced the receptionist or she might have had stuff going on. Who knows, but I’m glad I went and will continue to go to the Kirkwood office.
Dr. Spenner has been my dermatologist for 10+ years. He has also treated other family members. I find him to be extremely knowledgeable, always willing to take time to discuss my questions / concerns, and has always resolved my or my other family skin issues. I needed to share based upon the reviews I just read.
Dr. Spenner has been my dermatologist for 4 years now and I've always had pleasant, business like appointments. The wait time is acceptable and the staff knowledgeable and helpful.
