Unmatched customer service! I visited Joe at Cobblestone when I was getting the runaround from a boot company on a warranty claim for a pair of boots that I bought from an online store. Joe was kind enough to identify the problem with the leather and even got on the phone with the boot company to explain what was going on. His expertise helped me land a refund that I otherwise would not have likely gotten. I will be going back for all my leather care needs!

If I could post six stars, I would! I brought in a leather briefcase/satchel that I have used for 20+ years and was pretty beaten up. After he repaired it, it was almost in as good condition as when I bought it. I was impressed and then brought in an expensive pair of leather shoes that were worn down after 5 years of considerable wear. He completely re-soled the shoes to the point where they were better than when I initially purchased them. He is a true craftsman and it is obvious that he takes great pride in his work.

Brought in 2 pair of leather boots. One just needed the heals replaced and the other needed heels and reconditioning. Both pair turned out amazing. The reconditioned boots looked brand new. Will get many more years out of these two items.
