I had a wonderful experience today as a new patient. From the moment I walked through the door, the front desk checked in, the assistant who took my vitals and the Dr herself were all very welcoming they listened and didn't judge. They all actually cared about my concerns and made sure to address every issue I came with. I will definitely be a long time patient at this clinic!!!
Novus is such a unique and necessary community resource. The providers and support staff for the primary care office are knowledgeable and kind, and they offer dental, pharmacy, chiropractic, HIV specialty care, case management, massage therapy, free* STI testing, a food pantry, and behavioral health care in the same clinic through them & partners. It’s amazing to be able to get so much of your overall healthcare dealt with all in one place AND one that has affordable fees for those without insurance. I have been seeing Matt Carey forever. Matt listens to me...he does not just tell me what he thinks but includes me and he make sure that I'm....that we're doing what is best for my well-being.
All the staff have been excellent.
