I visit Brentwood every three months for Melissa to trim my hair; I make the next appt as I am leaving the salon & enter it in my phone calendar. This was my third visit to Brentwood salon this year.Melissa listens carefully to what I request & repeats what I ask of her to confirm she understands what I want. She then shampoos & conditions before taking me back to her station for the service. Melissa consistently gives me superior service & I always leave feeling very good about my hair’s appearance. I hope to work with her for a long time to keep my hair looking its best.
