Amber was super helpful & informative. I had questions about brow tinting & laminating & she was wonderful - she showed me pictures of brows & the differences, and was patient with all my questions. She helped me choose a brow pencil in the correct shade. I will definitely be booking some brow services.

On a whim, I set up an appointment at Ulta Brentwood Promenade to get a brow wax and tint. My brows have thinned, and some hairs are white. I’ve had waxes before but never a tint. I was able to get an appointment online for an hour later. Hannah was very nice, professional and didn’t mind my questions about how to fill in brows and the differences between all the different general techniques to “thicken” brows. She even showed me a technique for using eyebrow pencils, which I never learned. I just sort of muddled through. She also gave me detailed and helpful info on what to do and not to do afterward to best maintain the tint.
