Absolutely! My Grandmother Thelma Thomas, transitioned June 20,2025. From the time Baucom’s received the call, they handled our family with Love, and compassion! Special thanks to Ms. Shamari, this young lady had my Mother and Aunts (family) in tears at our family viewing. We prayed that God would make it possible to have an open casket, Shamari worked a miracle and as soon as we saw my grandmother it was a ABSOLUTE YES! It felt like a release knowing that we would be able to share our Grandmother with everyone that attended and wanted to see her! The staff was AMAZING!
