With over 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry, I am disappointed to state that this has been the WORST encounter I have had with any service provider.In an attempt to address a pre-existing issue, they proceeded to install a new gasket and sensors, purportedly to rectify the problem. Following the completion of their work, the elevator malfunctioned, resulting in frequent entrapments with guests inside, presenting an alarming safety hazard. We were compelled to call the fire department to facilitate the safe evacuation of guests from the stalled elevator.As a direct consequence of their ineptitude, we were left with no choice but to close down our elevator...read full review
Driver with this company decal on their red truck was recklessly and violently swerving through traffic. Clearly illustrating poor character, reckless regard for others safety, and likely poor time management skills.A company that has no care for the safety of others is not a company that should be overseeing the elevator repairs and the safety of those who use them.
