This was the first time that my Mother, Sister & I had to plan services. When I received the news of my youngest Sister's passing, I immediately began reaching out to local funeral care providers. Timothy (Austin Layne-Funeral Director) was the first & only to respond with pricing list and availability for follow up questions. This made it easier to review everything while we traveled back to St. Louis to. prepare to lay my sister to rest.Timothy, Mrs. Gail (apologies if I spelled incorrectly) & even Austin Layne himself ensured that things were seamless. Came to pick up a loved ones ashes and was not acknowledged at all. I’m sure it’s because I appeared to be young and they assumed I was irrelevant. It was rude and uncalled for. You shouldn’t judge a book by it’s cover.
