Let me start off by saying name a roofing company that would say. You really don't need a replacement at this time.
That is what was said at my roof inspection by Andres.
We wanted a replacement before retirement so we went ahead with roof replacement. The job was done very well and no issues.
Great to have Andres Roofing do another roof for me. I had them do a roof for me 14 years ago on a previous home and was impressed with their work then. This time I had them remove existing roof shingles, replace problem decking boards, and install CertainTeed Landmark Limited Lifetime warranty, 235 lbs. per square, self-sealing, two-ply laminated fiberglass architectural shingles. Three old static vents were replaced by a ridge vent.

I can’t recommend Andres roofing enough. They are honest, straight shooting people who didn’t recommend fixes that we didn’t need just to make money. The owner came out personally within days of our leak to inspect our roof and recommend a fix. Shortly after, his crew did the work. They only needed to replace some of the shingles where the water was coming in and they matched our existing shingles perfectly. The price was very reasonable. Customer service is top notch. Really love working with them! When our full roof eventually needs replacing, we know who to call!
