UPDATED REVIEW: After posting my concerns below, Kathy from Aladdin Chem-Dry contacted me and asked if they could come back to give the remaining stains another try. They did, and Tim really worked hard to re-clean the trouble spots. In fact, he re-did even more than I'd asked. Better yet, Tim offered to come back and give it another go if any of the stains re-appeared. In my mind, that's a stand-up business.

Tim came out very short noticed because I am only off on Saturdays which helped me out alot and I will just say he is amazing at what he does! I have a pet and have neglected my carpet for a few years and he literally made the carpet look and smell like new! He worked with me and was very nice! You definitely get what you pay for the pricing is reasonable, I will be referring a few family members and friends and I will be calling in 6 months for myself requesting Tim. Thanks so much I love my results!! 10/10 the best carpet cleaning company & customer service is great! Did a brilliant job!! So thorough and so easy to work with!! I never would have believed our carpet could look this good!! Looks brand new! Looks fantastic! Wish I’d used them in the past! Tim did a great job and deserves 10 stars on this review!! Thankyou!
